The agreement

By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the academy.

Your account

• Give your real name and an e-mail address you can read. Keep your password to yourself; what happens under your account is your responsibility.
• One person, one account. Do not share it or use someone else’s.
• You must be 13 or older, or use the site through a parent or guardian.

Courses and groups

• Some courses are open, some are by application, and some are by invitation. Places in live groups depend on a teacher’s assessment and on your consistency, and may be withdrawn if you stop attending.
• Groups held for sisters only or for brothers only are exactly that. Joining one under a false statement ends your membership.
• Paid courses are paid directly to the academy through the payment page named on the course. Refunds follow what that page says.

Conduct

Be courteous in discussions and live classes. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, or off the subject of the course, and do not record or share live classes without the teacher’s permission. We may remove posts and suspend accounts that break this.

Our material

Lessons, videos, texts, quizzes and flashcards are the academy’s or its teachers’ and are for your personal study. Do not copy, redistribute or sell them. What you write in discussions stays yours; you give us permission to show it inside the academy.

Certificates

A certificate records that you completed a course here. It is not an accredited qualification and should not be presented as one.

Availability and changes

We try to keep the site running but cannot promise it will always be available, and we may change or retire courses. We may update these terms; the date above tells you when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Liability

The academy is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site beyond any amount you have paid for the course concerned.
